What does it mean if an identity doesn’t not exist in one of the MA directory after that identify was synced and provisioned already !?
I have MA connected to a view of active students. This view will filter out the graduated students.
So the student will be synchronized at first then he will disappeared from the original directory after he graduated!
How to address the de-provisioning in this case !?

Depends on what you want to do? do you want to delete the MV Object and the Connected CS Entries?
There are two major things you need to know about.
1) Object Deletion Rule
2) Configure Deprovisioning Section of all the MA Configurations
The object deletion rule can be set in the Mataverse Designer Tab of the Synchrnization Service Console, in here you tell the Sync Service when to delete the MV Object, for example delete the MV Object when it is disconnected (deleted from CS or Filtered out) from one or two or more MAs
For all the MAs that you have (Connected to different systems) you have to set for each MA what to do when the mataverse attribute is deleted i.e. when it is deprovsioned. This can be done under the Configure Deprovisioning section of your MA Properties. Here you can even set to delete the object from the connected system on next export.
Hope this answers what you were looking for.
