FIM R2 DG membership

end user portal partiallly showing DG membership groups:
e.g:user is part of 4 groups in AD and all 4 groups are imported to fim portal and when user check his DG membership, shows only 2 groups though groups are imported in to portal

How do you check membership for the user? Are all groups and users properly linked / joined in the FIM Sync Metaverse?
