We use MIIS.
We will plan to chage MA setting and it has big bisiness impact.
After MA setting and importing and syncing , we are not happy with that chages,
is it possible to detach SQL database , and attach backuped SQL database to restore method ?

Yes it should be possible. However, keep in mind that depending on if and how you do delta imports from your MAs, a full import may be required after restoring from backup. This is especially true for AD and ADAM MAs.
Also, if you are using password synchronization you may need to re-enable it after restoring from backup. The sync engine doesn't automatically enable it when restoring from a backup to give you a chance to decide whether passwords in the process of synchronizing at the time of the backup should still go through.
