The documents are now available on Technet so I recommend that you use that link instead of going to Connect since those docs will be updated when needed.

- There is an error in both the Introduction to Certificate Management and the Introduction to Certificate Management Smartcards topics on TechNet. In both topics, Table 1 refers to the CM server as QS-FIMCA yet the text refers to the same server as QS-FIMCM.
