Unanswered SCSM 2012

     i have configured Email incident in SCSM 2012, but when i am sending a email to specific group , scsm is not creating a Incident for respective email.

    Can you tell us a little more about your configuration? Ex. are you using the Exchange Connector, how is it configured etc?
    Can you see any errors in the Operations Manager event log in your management server?
