AnswerRe-designating software licences under Select Agreement

    I've been told that under the terms of the Select Agreement, that you if you re-designate a licence to another PC, that you can't use it for 6 months?

    Is this true? Can anyone clarify please?
    Quoting the actual clause would be helpful.

    for Licensing questions i suggset to use MS support to get the correct answers. There are too many options with licnesing available.
