    i get this error when itray to attach a file to an email - Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.4518.1014, stamp 4542840f, faulting module viscommpgdec.dll, version 9.0.0.0, stamp 473d3e19, debug? 0, fault address 0x00003119.

    what should i do?
