ACT collection on XP machines not work

I have setup act 5.6 and deployed the packages using sccm
The xp client however returns error
[bucketizer.exe] Failed to extract evidence collection from XML (hr= 0x00000057)
We want to migrate to Windows 7 and use this toolkit for preparation.

Is there a known issue with ACT 5.6 and XP?

Has nothing to do with SCCM ACT 5.6 ran it without SCCM just created a package and ran it and got same errors.
There seem to be compatibility issues with XP
