    I have upgraded my Windows Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate. I learnt that the key is not genuine. Now, I have got an original windows 7 key. How can I apply it without re-install? Because, I have many softwares recently installed. I dont want to install them again.

        if you have windows 7 ultimate then you right click on the icon named  'my computer or computer' select properties then scroll down and select change product key then copy n paste your product key if you have genuine product key then it must  activate windows 7 but remember a internet connection must be there

          ifyou go to start then computer system property scroll down then click change product key
