Unanswered Windows Live Movie Maker

    I have often used Windows Live Movie Maker to make videos.   However, everytime I attempt to add music to the video the program stops working and shuts down.  I am usually attempting to add music from files through ITunes that we have purchased on our computer.  Thank you for your assistance!

    We need to know more details about this issue: check the Windows "Application" log in the Event Viewer to see if there's any record related to this problem.
