Unanswered SWtOR launcher crashes and cannot open the game client

    So I've recently installed Star Wars the Old Republic onto my Sony VAIO laptop and I cant seem to get the client to open. I run Windows Vista home premium and its a fresh install, I just got it the other day. The launcher starts and shortly after the entire thing crashes. There is no error message except that "Windows has encountered a problem and is searching for a solution" and then it just says that there are no known solutions. I have been trying to get SWtOR support to help me with this for over a month with no results. I was hoping that maybe somebody out there had a similar problem and could lend a hand with the issue?? If you need event logs or anything I would be more than happy to pull them up and post them. Thanks for any help!!
