    now i understand i should either use nero burning rom/roxio cd/dvd to burn the iso file which type of burning method do i pick using nero burning rom do i pick dvd(iso) to burn it.  so it can be useful to install the program.

    Good morning,

    Yes, using the DVD(ISO) option will allow you to create a bootable CD/DVD.

    Sorry, what do you means by can't install?

    Can you use the DVD disc to boot the system? Can you run the setup to install it?

    Please check the CRC value of that disc first. Maybe DVD burning problem occur.
