    On left side panel Click on

    Turn windows feature on or off

    un tick


    ActiveX installer Service
    Games
    Indexing Service
    Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) Server
    remote Differential Compression
    RIP Listener
    Services for NFS
    SNMP feature
    Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications
    Tablet PC Optional Components
    Telnet Server
    TFTP Client
    Windows DFS replication Service
    windows Fax and Scan
    Windows Meeting Space
    Windows Ultimate Extras

    I only use

    Microsoft .NET framework 3.0
    Removable Sotrage management
    Simple TCPIP service
    Telnet client
    Windows Process Activation Service
