    hi hope somebody can help me i am running windows vista on my laptop,but when i turn it on i keep getting a message disc error and it says to press ctrl,alt,del i have tried this it doesnt work also tried ctrl,shift,esc that doesnt work either.the screen is black dont no what else to try i havent got any recovery discs either please help me feel like smashing it up xxx
