    sorry to be a pain but the users guide nor manual say anything about hooking to a computer just the cell phone. So got anything else???? oh and the venders were NO help at all.

    I know that your manual did not indicate how to connect the Bluetooth headset to computer. At this time, please confirm with the device manufacture or vendor that the device can work with computer first. If it can work with computer, please also refer to the following and see how it works:

    This was great information, I called Verizon for help because the booklet that came with the device didn't mention holding the power button for 4 seconds to get it to come on, once I used the manual from the link you gave it was a snap.  Thanks so much, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays
