I know that your manual did not indicate how to connect the Bluetooth headset to computer. At this time, please confirm with the device manufacture or vendor that the device can work with computer first. If it can work with computer, please also refer to the following and see how it works:

If the issue persists, please change another Bluetooth Adapter or take the Bluetooth Headset to another computer with has Bluetooth to have a check.
