Tripple Boot With Vista

Hi all,
I'm hoping that somebody could help me with this one, OK, this is the situation.
I have 3 HDD's
I had XP installed one (A), this was then ghosted across onto the second (B) (Now two XP's - All OK)
When i found out about Vista i upgraded (B) to Vista - (Vista and XP - All OK)
Now i have tried to restore the initial XP ghost onto third (C) HDD - it has ghosted OK, but here is where the problem is, the new Vista Boot only lets me select between 'An Earlier Version of Windows' and 'Vista' - the earler version is only allowing me to select boot (A) - and is not giving me a choice between (A) and (C) copies of XP. I have had a look at the boot.ini file on partition (A) and it only had info on the (A) version of XP.
Only thing i can guess is that the PC dosnt know about the third boot i have done. Has anyone got any ideas?
Thanks in advance!!

ok, now i have managed to get the original boot screen (as when i have Vista and Old OS) when i go to 'Old OS' it takes me to what looks like the traditional XP boot selector - here i have added another line into the boot.ini file for the second XP.
So far i have been guessing at the values for the different values in brackets for multi/disk/rdisk/partition. I have followed the guides on the MS site and others on the net, but they don't help at all - i have tried about 10 different combinations so far.
I could really do with an app that tells me what multi/disk/rdisk/partition my second XP is on... Any ideas?
TIA
