Need Help With Printer Preferences Problem

Saturday, January 21, 2012 7:22 PMOn Windows Vista I have a user id in which the printer preferences have changed. I can reset them, but whern I close the email or word, and reopen it, the preferences are set to the wrong default. How do get my preferences to "stick" for that id?
