Getting 0x0a almost done with vista install home prem x86. Tried to install from CD, tried C: restore, full restore, full recovery, tried to go down from 3 GB of RAM to 1 and 2 at different times because I've read the Microsoft article about the 3 GB of RAM issue. Still 0x0a. Even tried a new HD. I'm getting nothing...just 0x0a after attempted install.....I'm trying to get this fixed...help?
Thanks!
Chris

Could you please provide the detailed symptom?
Also, please check if you are running into the scenario in the following KB article:

Wednesday, December 28, 2011 5:06 PMAlmost at the end of installation, I get 0x0a, and as I said in the previous post, I have tried to install the OS with both 1 and 2 gigs of ram respectively.....both times we've had the same issue, so the KB article does not apply.
