Windows Vista Updates

Thursday, May 31, 2012 12:32 AMI just replace my hard drive. I've installed the original version of Windows vista in the new drive. As expected the windows update started offering new updates. While some of them had installed properly, several of the updates failed to installed. Now I am at the SP1 update installation phase but it keep failing. I believe the previously failed updates are preventing the SP1 to be properly installed. How can I resolve this problem?
