Ok, I have have not had any other versions of SP1 installed. Do NOT tell me to go to the thread that shows how to fix that.
I have done everthing the Microsoft Website told me to do, I get to the SP1 and it failes in downloading at 12-13%.
In the other threads, that are NOT relevant to me, ppl have asked for help with the similar situation, and were told to deal with it using the SP1 removal. Again, that dosn't work.I'd like to know how to fix this. It's been going on for 22hrs now.

Would you mind zipping up the logs found in %WINDIR%\logs\cbs and uploading them to https://sftus.one.microsoft.com/ChooseTransfer.aspx?key=5daf0d5a-2935-4282-b53b-3d8efe45f9b7? A password should have been sent to your email address
