CON FOLDER CAN BE CREAT IN WINDOWS!!!

  You can make this folder

  you must make a folder and then you must name it ( what ever you want )

  and finally you must press the Alt button and keep it at the same time an you must type this number ( 0160)

  then you can get your favorite result.

  open your command prompt then type MD\\.\D:\CON 

  after that you can see that folder...............enjoy

  *** edit: just noticed I replied to a topic from 2009, sorry about that :-P ***

  No you can't create a folder named CON.

  This is a reserved name in windows XP. You also cannot create a folder named AUX, PRN, NUL etc etc.

  There are ways to get around it such a14r suggested (Alt+0160 will add a blank space at the end of the name) but the answer to your question is "no you cannot have a folder with that name"
