    I just started up a new account on my computer.  I didn't put in a password when I started it up.  But everytime I try to upload something, it asks me for a password that I never put in.

    Hi,

    Please check User Acounts in Control Panel and confirm whether your newly created user account is an administrative user account.

    In the meantime, you tell us that the problem occurs while uploading. Which web browser were you using? Was it IE or third-party web browser?

    If it is possible, please collect a screenshot of the window which asks for password for that we can check for you.
