    My windows xp version is Swedish so I need the swedish version of the sp3. I can however only find english, german and japanese. Does the swedish version not excist yet?

    As it stands right now, SP3 is a beta (that is in public RC2).  That means they have only released it to the public on a limited basis.  When it is completed and formally released, then they will have support for many more languages.

    XP SP3 will be released at some point before the end of the first half of 2008
