It is impossible to boot two systems at the same time.
You can have a second system as a virtual guest as describe by Carey Frisch.

I got the solution..
Just install the windows on same partition then choose the option LEAVE THE CURRENT FILE SYSTEM INTACT
then ESC during the over-write option and give a new path.....
Done....!!!!

What you have done is called Dual Booting.
You implied you wanted to boot into both systems at the same time.

I implied that I wanted to boot from same partition one at a time and both should work......not at the same time........
