Unanswered Help and Support will not start.

    I have tried the following:

    registry editor to ensure the start address is correct.  Did not help

    data execution protection -  made sure help and support was listed

    control panel - cycled thru to the program and clicked "start"  it said program did not respond in an appropriate period of time.

    Help!  What do I do now?   Do I need to download the sub program?  If so, where can I get it?
