Microsoft Services for Unix 3.5 crashing computer on install

Tuesday, February 21, 2012 10:00 PMI am trying to install the NFS Server on a Windows XP Pro SP3 computer. I can do the standard install fine, but that only installs a client NFS on my computer. When i try to do the custom install to add the Server NFS capability it will start installing and then all of a sudden the computer will just reboot without warning. Not sure whats going on, any suggestions?

The NFS Server installation is documented in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article that you find at the following address

You should check the Windows "Application" and "System" logs in the Event Viewer to see if any error has occurred during the setup process or at the system startup (provided that the installation completed fine).
