Microsoft Update - Error number: 0x80190193

Hi,
Posted this another Windows forum but was advise to post here.
Here's my problem:
I know this has been posted several times but every time I try and update my OS through Microsoft Update I get the error - Error number: 0x80190193.
All posts point to busy servers. Fair enough but everyday all day?
My PC is part of a domain and I have always been able to update my OS as and when I see fit. We do run WUS internally but that only pushes out the most important updates.
Is there anything I can do?
Also, my PC is part of a domain in a corporate network. Colleagues can update their OS without issues.
Thanks,

see this page, i know the error message is different but the exceptions required for both error messages are the same.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Windows-Update-error-80072ee2
basically allow
•http://*.update.microsoft.com•https://*.update.microsoft.com
•http://download.windowsupdate.com
as trusted sites in internet explorer

Thank you for posting this.
I actually added these sites to be allowed in our sonicwall and it fixed the problem.
