I have Windows XP with Media Player 11.0.5721.5280. I am a big music person, and have over 1,200 songs on my hard drive that are eating up all my memory. I recently purchased a Toshiba external hard drive and moved my entire My Music file to
it. I know how to open songs from the drive with Media Player. But I also love to use playlists, and I'm afraid that if I delete all the music files off my C drive to save memory, all the music playlists that I worked so hard to create
will disappear! How to I get it all to work so I still have playlists, I can still burn CD's and sync playlists to my Sansa Fuze MP3 player, and not have all these music files eating up my memory?
