Erratic Video

When I watch a video on you tube, my video stops and starts while I wait for the buffer to fill. I have 4 megs of memory. Is the problem in my video card or don't I have enough memory? If I watch a movie it seems to be all right. Please help me solve this problem.

Saturday, June 23, 2012 5:47 PMModeratorOpen Windows Media Player and from the Toolbar select Tools > Options > Performance. Increase the Network Buffering to 20 seconds and click Apply.

It sounds as if you really have a network bandwidth problem and not a system problem. What is your nominal download bitrate?
