There are lots of information on how to use MAP at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/solutionaccelerators/dd537566.aspx and also see the Getting started guide at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?&id=7826

Ok!
1. Install MAP 8.0
2. Run an inventory scan.
3. Generate reports for desktop Windows 7 or Windows 8!
Done :)

Thanks, I have done the first 2 steps. I just don't know how to generate raports for Windows 7.
Does the raport include hardware devices and software details ?
PS: Is it any way to show the RAM details ? This is one of my MUST HAVE things.
Thank you for the answers :)

When the inventory is done, click on the Windows 7 Readiness box and then choose Generate Windows 7 Readiness Report and proposal. It will end up in Documents\MAP folder.
And yes, it will contain info on amount of RAM and to some extent installed applications.
