Questioninstallation error on MAP tool

    Hi,

    I've tried installation of MAP tool 4.0 and i'm getting error code 1603, i did close all programs running prior to installation.

    Error code 1603 unfortunately is pretty generic error code indicating a MSI setup failure.  In order to get you running we will need a bit more information.  Can you please look at the msi setup log located in your %temp% Maps installer logs folder and see if you can see the error listed there, should be close to the bottom.  Or, if you want you can send all of the setup files to  EMAIL GONE where we can analyze them in more detail.
