    With the Microsft Assessment and Planning Toolkit, what exactly is IOPS and how does that factor into giving us a perspective on whether or not we should virtualize?

    IOPS is I/O per second. It will effect how fast the virtual machines will interact with your storage. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IOPS
