Hardware Assessment for TPM 1.2
Hello. We are in the planning phase for a Vista Migration. We want to encript most of the Computers Harddisks with BitLocker. Now i'm wondering, if I can query the MAP Database for Computers with TPM 1.2 Chip? Is this Information also collected through the Vista Hardware Assessement Scan or is it possible to supplement the wmi queries for the assessment?

- Hi Juerg,
MAP does not currently support that. The reason is that TPM capability cannot be detected using WMI remotely. Therefore, you will need to inventory each PC manually instead. Hope it helps.
