How to imagex /capture c: (capture c drive)

How could I capture c drive by imagex ?
Does it need to create boot image which can execute imagex ?

Yes you need to create a boot image (winpe) with imagex.
Boot on your winpe and run imagex.
But why don't you use a build and capture task sequence in MDT insteed of doing it manually?

Sunday, July 29, 2012 8:07 PMyes you will have to restart the reference computer and boot into the boot image (preinstallation image). Make sure that you copy your imagex program to your boot image. I don't believe you can run imagex on the same drive you are trying to copy. So make sure that you include imagex into your boot image.
