How to use serial number in MDT Database.

Hi,
I want to deploying OS and give computer name that i have defined in MDT database based on Serial Number.
I have give Serial name in Identity option of Computers in database and OSDComputername in Details option .
It is not take the computer name .
Need suggestion to fix the issue.

Hi,
Make sure that the account which does the deployment (That is the account which is used at the MDT login wizard page) has at least read permissions on the MDT database. I had this issue myself, and resolved it by take a look at these webpage:
