Proposed Answer There is no disk in the drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1

    I am using MDT 2010 Update 1.
    When the deploy process reach State Restore (after Administrator login), it shows the error message below.
    If I click "Try Again", the process can run to the end without any other error.
    I don't know why this error message pop-up, it not happen at the very beginning.

    Hi,

    When this happens, what are the latest entries in BDD.log ?

    Do you know what key word should I search in the BDD.log file ?

    I found that this problem happen only if I remove the USB Windows PE drive (I am not using WDS to boot up the Windows PE)

    As I know, the Windows PE just use to kick off the Task Sequence, I have no idea why it still remember that USb drive at State Restore stage.

    You may have a Card Adapter plugged in without a hard card.
