问题 mapped drivers are not getting installed (MDT)

    Hi,

    I created applications for Chipset, Video and AMT under Applications -> Lenovo -> 3537AC2.
    Mapped the applications under below path for the Lenovo 357AC2 model

    Deployment Workbench -> Deployment Share -> Advanced Configuration -> Database -> Make and Model

    Example
    Make : Lenovo
    Model : Lenovo 3537AC2

    I found above drivers were not installed when deployed in a desktop. This issue is happening for all models.  Please let me know how do I troubleshoot to resolve the issue

    Deployment Workbench version : 5.1.1642.01

    Do you have the drivers hidden? If so, they will not install. They have to be visible in the optional application screen in order for the database to execute them.

    You should first go through the logs and see what is assigned to %Model% for that machine.

    The ZTIGather.log will have that information.

    Checking through the other logs will also help to determine what settings are being applied.
