Reboot During Windows 7 Install

After the first reboot during our Windows 7 install, we are getting the black screen that says windows did not shutdown normally. If we pick to boot windows normally, the install continues and the rest of the deployment goes fine. It's not hurting anything, but I want to try and get it to stop doing this if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
edit: as a side not, it seems to occur at the installing updates step of the windows 7 install. we get the screen after that says windows is now going to do a reboot and after this reboot is when we are getting the message.

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 10:48 PMDoes you reference image include pre-installed softwares ? Perharps one of those software isn't coexisting well with an MS update. Also I would have a good look at the events viewer. You are most likely to find something in there that relate to your abnormal boot.

Tuesday, May 22, 2012 2:16 PMThere is pre-installed software from a custom wim file. I haven't found anything in the event viewer that references the reboot. The image works fine and I have had no problems. I would just like to eliminate this if possible for when i have others doing deployments.
