Hi!
Using WDS, you import a boot.wim image from either Win7 or Server 2008 installation DVD into the WDS console. You then right-click the boot image in WDS and choose to create a capture image.
Using MDT you can configure a "sysprep and capture" task sequence in MDT deployment workbench.

Capture it to where? And redistribute it using what?
You need to deliver some kind of boot image through PXE to the client machine. That image ought to be capable of performing the tasks you require. If you already have an image file, why not just import it to the PXE server using file copy? You then need something that deploys the reference image to other clients you wish to install. With WDS and/or MDT this is ready to go.
Please provide more details.
