Unable to connect to the deployment share

Hello,
i a problem with deploying a new Toshiba-laptop.
Unless i have added the nic drivers (also the same driver to the boot-image), after operating system install the deployment stops because the NIC-driver isn`t installed in windows.
All images are updates with drivers by using "selection profiles" for the drivers!
After i add the driver manually the deployment will go futher.....
What to do to fix this?

'Selection Profiles'??
Have you added the drivers to the driver cache( imported them into the Out-of Box Drivers)?
I do it by importing the drivers to the cache then updating the share and copying the new .wim to my boot UFD.

I have added the drivers to out of box drivers for booting to MDT (this works fine).
When deploying the image..the nic-driver isn`t installed in windows so the deployment stops!

Press F8. Look for the setupapi.log.
That should give us a hint why the driver installation never happened.

I have tried adding the nic-drivers to the reference-image using dism /add-driver.
But still same problem!
After installing the driver manually...(from the same directory) the NIC is working.
The problem NIC = Intel 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection.
Anybody with a solution?

Is this happening on only 1 machine or all machines?
On a deployed machine - from device manager - can you find the PNP value for the 82579LM NIC. Then make sure that in MDT you have a driver for the same - If you sort by Class (OOB Drivers) and look for NET - see details. Does it show that PNP Value on any of the drivers?
