Is it possible create/delete/format partitions during the Deployment Wizard in a LiteTouch Deployment?

Hi. I'm using MDT 2010 to create a Lite Touch Windows Server 2008 R2 image on removable media. Everything works great but I can't figure out how to "dynamically partition" the drive during the deployment wizard. By "dynamically partition", I mean partitioning the drive and select the destination for the OS during each deployment. Is this possible?
