    I had generated an iso with windows 7 and windows server 2008 R2. i am using a bootable pendrive to install operating system. i need to join domain so i am giving all credentials in tasksequence before starting the deployment. once the OS installation finshes it will run the state restore. at the end i am getting a error msg on Tatoo.

    please help me on this error. whether its not getting the DNS server to join the domain ? 

    kindly please help to resolve this error.

    Hi,

    the DNS error message is not correct, MDT tries to translate error codes, and sometimes, the message is not the correct one. In this case, the important part regarding your error is :

    ZTITatoo state restore task should be running in the full OS aborting.

    Usually this message means that you are still in WinPE when launching a task that requires the full OS up and running. Make sure that you reboot to the full OS before running this task.
