    I have a WAN in one branch office, I would like to benchmark my wan bandwidth between my two lans. How can I achieve this?

    Bandwidth Utilization Reports and Graphs - You can very well use MRTG (MultiRouter Traffic Grapher).
    Very simple to install and Use. Works on Windows as well as Linux.
