Every 10-15 minutes I get a pop up in Outlook while am browsing through emails “contacting server for more information”, while this is happening I can’t seem to move to another email or browse to any other folder until it finishes. This is really annoying. Is there any solution for this? All help would be greatly appreciated

This is happening due to your current antivirus, check your antivirus try disabling it and see if this problem occurs or not, therefore; you will be able to identify your problem.

If it’s an antivirus issue, then i recommend you uninstalling the current antivirus you have, restart and then install the latest version of your antivirus.

    Good luck.
