Need some advice on SBS 2003

Im Having an issue with the following processes hanging up ( Imddownld.exe and imbdelivr.exe ) in my SBS 2003 D.C...... tried a hot fix that microsoft suggested and it did not help at all... so im looking for some possible answers or at least ideas..- Zac

Ok so its a couple days past when i made the first post. I have had 85 veiwers and not one person reasponded with anything....lol..... is this a pandemick for everyone? is there no hope? is Imddownld.exe and imbdelivr.exe going to take over my life as i fall into the bit bucket surounded by hopeless lost I.T souls in the time warp they call Microsoft?..... ( Can you see i have issues now? )-Zac
