QuestionError Message

    I keep getting an Error Message with respect to cert.dll-telling me that installing it may resolve the problem
    (forgot what the first part said..).

    I run windows XP on a Gateway cmptr.

    Can anyone offer a solution/advice (as to where to install it from/how to)?

    Woul appreciate any tip!
