Windows Installer
- Both when I start my computer and when I shut down my computer I get a Windowa Istaller box appear and then it trys to install something called HIPS_CC.msi, but then I get a message that states, The feature you are trying to use in a network resource is not available, I'm then given the option of trying to find it in Windows System32, but it isn't found anywhere.
How do I get rid of this thing that can't be installed?
