    Hi! I have a question....
I can get a wireless internet connection ok. Also I can log on to a domain with lan (with twisted pair cable).

    BUT. ..

I can't get wireless connection started before log on to domain window. Anyone please, can you help me out?
I need to, as I understand it, to get my wireless connection started before I get the windows logon page. or else
I will get domain not available when I try to log on. I want to log on to domain using wireless connection.

    Technical data:
HP 550 notebook pc, broadcom wlan adapter, windows xp . Wireless ADSL is the access point to LAN.

    Thank you in advance.

The feature you are referring to is called 'Pre-Logon Connect' on Intel based wireless chipsets.

I do not believe broadcom offer a tool for this.

You could use Group Policy and set the value 'wait for network' to enabled.

This will make the laptop wait until the wireless is conencted before processing the logon.
