QuestionProblem with my_sparser.npl in Netmon 3.3.

    Hi,

NetMon just starting yelling at me when launching with 3 issues.

Issue 1: Failed to unserialize binary npl.
Issue 2: Failed to load file "my_sparser.npl": The parameter is incorrect. (WinStatusCode = 0x00000057).
Issue 3: Encountered errors while loading '<path>\sparser.npl' file.

Where should my_sparser.bpl exactly be? Our file/print server was recently replaced and I think netmon might be pointing to the old UNC if it is in my personal folders somewhere.

Tools ---> Options didn't list any paths that do not exist. I've tried a repair and an uninstall/reinstall and neither fixed it.

Thank you for your assistance in advance.

my_sparser.npl will be under your documents directory in Network Monitor 3\parsers.  Do you see my_parser.npl there?

    Thanks,

    Paul

    Hi Paul,

Digging deeper it looks like during the move of our file/print server something disturbed Windows 7 b7100 and it won't allow the My Documents location (which is on the network) to be added to the documetns library because it cannot be indexed. This seems to be preventing the creation of my_sparser.npl. I'll hammer away at it some more and see if I can get it created.
