cannot find any domain controllers in a domain message while opening lync 2010 topology builder

Tuesday, April 03, 2012 5:58 AMI have a Lync 2010 setup with DC, ADC , LYNC FE, LYNC EDGE, Everything was working fine. Now I am not able to open the Topology biulder. Its giving error message while download the topology.Cannot find any domain controllers in a domain. Lync is working fine. Please help

Thank you for the update.
Yes, I do have required permissions in the account. And I was able to open the topology some days before. Suddenly all this happens..

Ok, Check if you have Access to the ConfigurationContainer in the AD to look for the path of the configuration store for RTC Services and then Topology Settings with your user.

Hi,Shy_N,
Did you change any configuration for your Lync server or Active Directory services?
Would you please check the event logs in Directory Service and Lync Server under Applications and Services Logs on your Lync FE server to see if there are any information?
Also you can use DCDiag tool to analyze your DC connection.
